Pick-up & Lateness:

Pick up from Aviator Sports is between 5:45 and 6:00pm. Please be advised that any parents who arrive after 6:00pm will be charged $5.00 at the start of each half hour.

Please call us ahead of time should you know that you will be late for any reason.

Parents will receive passes which your authorized pick-up people should present upon dismissal. Please see us if you need extra passes.

If your child will be absent: Please call us if your child is going to be absent from After School for any reason. Parents who fail to notify us that their child is absent, will receive a phone call home. (There are no make-up days for any reason.)

Medical Information: All children are required to have an updated medical on file in order to participate in our programs.

Refund Policy: Should you need to discontinue After School for any reason, you will be refunded a prorated value of the days you did not attend minus the non-refundable deposit.

Sibling Policy: Each additional sibling will receive a 5% discount!
